Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 April 2026

Plain English summary: By using this website or talking to us, you agree to a simple set of fair terms. We provide this site honestly, you use it honestly, and English law governs anything that goes wrong.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AdmitFlow website at admitflow.co.uk (the "Site") and any related services we provide. By using the Site or interacting with us, you accept these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Laralink Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

3. About the Site and AdmitFlow

AdmitFlow is a software product currently in development. This Site is primarily for sharing information about AdmitFlow and inviting interested parties (including agencies) to participate in our Founding Partner Program through a 15-minute discovery call.

Where we describe future features, capabilities, or pricing, these are indicative only and may change before launch. They do not form a contractual offer to provide a finished product.

4. Founding Partner Program

Our Founding Partner Program offers selected early customers benefits including (among others) lifetime free access to AdmitFlow, feature priority influence, founder access, and limited promotional support. The exact terms of becoming a Founding Partner — including selection criteria, scope, and any caps — will be confirmed in a separate written Founding Partner Agreement before any commitment is made.

Booking a discovery call does not by itself make you a Founding Partner. Becoming one requires a mutual signed agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, icons, layouts, and software — is the property of Laralink Limited or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may view and print pages for your personal use, but may not republish or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

"AdmitFlow" and "Laralink" are unregistered trademarks of Laralink Limited.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party services (e.g., Calendly, WhatsApp). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by the applicable third party's own terms.

8. No warranties

The Site and any pre-launch information about AdmitFlow are provided "as is", without any warranties express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence — none of which we expect to occur, but the law requires us to mention.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Laralink Limited will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of your use of the Site or any pre-launch information about AdmitFlow.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site (and any pre-launch interactions) shall not exceed £100, or such higher amount as cannot be lawfully limited.

For paying customers (once AdmitFlow is live): a separate Software Service Agreement will govern liability and service levels for the AdmitFlow product itself.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, for any user, where we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred. You may stop using the Site at any time.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
